Pierre Marin serves "new look traditional cuisine". His specialities include many fish from the lake and he works mainly with local suppliers and also changes his menu five times a year... all points which have earned him a loyal clientele.

Pierre Marin is a member of the Académie Culinaire de France. He took over the Auberge Lamartine restaurant in January 1997. Before that, he worked in a number of prestigious establishments: Georges Michaud cake shop in Chambery (Best Craftsman of France), Le Frantel with Jean Fleury in Lyons (Best Craftsman of France), Antonin in Loyette (one star in the Michelin Guide), Pierre Orsi in Lyons (Best Craftsman of France and two stars in the Michelin Guide). He also completed several work places at Alain Senderens in Paris in winter 1984 (three stars in the Michelin Guide) and Le Crillon in Paris in winter 1985 (three stars in the Michelin Guide).

A la carte & set menus

The Chef Pierre Marin offers gourmet cuisine which has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide. The menu is varied: cleverly seasoned fish from the lake, Breton lobster, crayfish tails and lavaret, etc. Pierre Marin pays close attention to the produce he uses and makes it a matter of pride to work with local suppliers. For the greatest pleasure of guests, he also regularly reviews his dishes. Let your taste buds do the talking...
